RENTAL PACKAGE INCLUDES: The use of Hunt Phelan’s white 180 ft long tent over the rear patio/ceremonial area, white ceremonial chairs, tables, white linens, white plate ware, flat ware and glass ware, 1 parking attendant and 1 security guard, gated parking, for up to 275 guest.

**Guest count over 275 or variations from what Hunt Phelan supplies, will be lessees responsibility.

Bridal and groom suites on opposite wings of the mansion with 5 suites in all available for use by wedding party.

Your choice of 3 ceremonial areas!

10 hours for event rental of entire 10,000 sq ft mansion and gardens /secure gated property.
